Spend the morning learning about all aspects of falconry, from the Falconers Knot to flying and handling these magnificent birds.After a well-earned lunch you will move out to the countryside to fly the hawks in their natural environment, returning to the centre at about 4.30pm.Minimum age for Falconry course is 14 years.Centres operate all year round.
