| Microlighting: After a briefing from the instructor, you take to the sky, the instructor demonstrates the controls and then passes control to you. You'll be shown how to turn, change speed, climb, descend and land. |
| Gliding: After a briefing, you get into the glider with the instructor, will be towed into the sky and shown how to recognise rising air and how to use it. | | The flight length will vary according to weather conditions, around 15 to 20 mins. | | NB. At some locations you may get 2 winch launched flights or 1 soaring flight. | | Microlighting: Min age 16/max weight 14.5st/ locations throughout the UK from March to Sept. | | Gliding: Min age 18/max weight 16st/max height 6ft 2ins/locations Yorkshire, Essex, Northumberland, Norfolk and Oxfordshire from April to Sept. | | Booking lead time 4 to 6 weeks. | | Please advise of serious medical conditions (fits and blackouts are the main deterrents). | | The experience will be rearranged if cancelled due to weather conditions |
