Image 12 is a small and easily placed satellite loudspeaker, suitable for both HiFi and home theatre. Despite its minimal measurements Image 12 offers remarkable sound reproduction. Together with any of Audio Pros active subwoofers the sound really becomes full grown.The 1" tweeter is mounted in aluminium die-cast face plate and plays inside, in a so called, double chamber. The aluminium capsule floats (but is still completely fixed in place) suspended against the speaker box, resulting in improved linearity and lower distortion. Image 12 has a 4,5 "woofer with phase plug for lower distortion.The built-in wall bracket enables hanging placement on the wall. Other placing options are, for example, stands or in a book shelf. Image 12 is suitable as front and rear loudspeakers in a home theatre system, they are voice matched with Image 22.
