The Internet Alert is designed for the surfer who does not want to miss important calls whilst browsing the internet and without having the expense of a second phone line and monthly rental charges.

The model requires Call Waiting from BT or your phone provider and then uses this presence to alert the user of an incoming call. The user then has the option to ignore the call or of course answer.

By deciding to answer the IA510 automatically disconnects the modem and connects the call waiting caller.

A multi coloured LED provides a visual indication of modem connection and acts as a reminder to prevent long unnoticed connection.

It is compatible with all computer modems and installs between the modem and the phone socket. It is however only suitable for UK use.
