The Fast EtherHub 3500 Family is a series of modular and stackable 100BASE-TX hubs. This family contains Fast EtherHub-12i and Fast EtherHub-12mi SNMP models. It delivers a high performance 100 Mbps Ethernet network, enhancing traffic management and network bandwidth utilization. The exclusive stack management facility included in this hub system allows for a wide-range of flexible configuration options. The Fast EtherHub 3500 Family provides an effective solution for expanding your network at a modest price. Up to 6 units can be stacked together, supporting up to 72 power users. Also, Acctons Fast EtherHub 3500 Family provides a tri-segment architecture, which allows one single SNMP agent to manage 3 different network segments. Additionally, the optional SmartExtender modules provide a switch port for twisted-pair or fiber optic connections to other remote network devices. These modules can also be used to interconnect stack segments.
