Spend the day at an award-winning North Wales brewery, learning all about the production of beer in a modern brewery. Get stuck in and get your hands dirty by working on the mash in, boiling and fermenting - its fascinating what goes into creating craft beers and ales. Classic Welsh ales are created here, including Welsh Pride and Clogwyn Gold and modern beers like Riptide (a black IPA). Lunch is included, as well as a sampling session to end the day.
