Carlisle Toffs Carlisle 1970 -1973
In 1970 the Carlisle team adopted a new crest a running fox (the club was known at the time as The Foxes after the connection with Cumbrias most famous huntsman John Peel - as in Dye ken...). This appeared in gold between 1970 and 1981 after which it was rendered in red and white against a blue background. This shirt is long sleeved and made from 100 cotton. Please allow up to 6 weeks for the delivery of our retro shirts.
