Enormously talented winemaker Gilles Cutilles selected the very best parcels of old-vine Syrah and Grenache for this sumptuous red. The grapes were hand-picked from 50-year old vines nestled high in the hills (over 300 metres up!) of France`s ancient Corbieres. This wonderfully indulgent red is packed with intense red-currant cassis and fig flavours on a smooth and velvety palate. A terrific partner to hearty dishes crack open a bottle with lamb a robust cassoulet or quality bangers and mash.
