The Walton Brighton summerhouse features a 30cm deep veranda and a solid sheet floor. This Walton summerhouse also comes with styrene safety glazed windows and protective mineral felt to protect the roof. Installation is included. Please note that customers who have purchased a Mercia Portabase with their building must ensure that the area for installation is devoid of obstructions and not overly saturated with water. It is your responsibility to ensure that the ground it will sit on has a gradient no more than 65mm across the length or width of the base.
