This iPhone 4s` problem is that a while ago, the wi-fi connection stopped working. I have asked around and it is not possible to fix. It is a T-Mobile sim locked phone and they do offer great deals with unlimited 3g (which works well on this phone) for very cheap. I would have done this myself, but I travel a lot and need access to wi-fi. On the plus side, here are no scratches, the glass screen was recently replaced. It comes with a charger and a free iPhone case.
