Maison Le Meurger is a negociant house in Burgundy, who vinify and bottle wines in behalf of a range of growers. This is a Pinot Noir from one of Beaunes famous premiers crus. The name Les PerriÃ¨res is a reference to the quarries that once bordered this vineyard site, and is a clue to the sites stony makeup. The wine is a well structured yet refined and pleasingly supple Pinot, enjoyable immediately or over the next 5 years.
