The 16th century Domaine is now owned and run by British couple Charles and Ruth Simpson. The name of this cuvÃ©e means the last varieties, the constituent grapes being the latest to ripen. They are vinified separately and partly oak matured before blending. Deep, opaque purple-black in colour, this is a dense and weighty wine.
