This wine is made by specialist contract winemakers Dorrien Estate from grapes sourced from the Clare Valley. The cooler climate of the Clare Valley creates a wine with lovely pure aromatics. The flavour is fruity with boysenberries and blueberries to the fore. The texture is silky and the finish long. This wine is great with any meat from the barbecue or with any richly flavoured meat stew.
