Superb sweet Vouvray from Marc BrÃ©dif, one of Touraines most well respected producers. Made using a large proportion of botrytised berries, the wine is both intensely sweet and involvingly complex, combining flavours of quince and honey with floral and roasted-nut aromatics. Chenins trademark acidity slices through to lift the finish.
