The top cuveÃ© from this celebrated, family run domaine in Sancerre. Now made in a more classic style and fermented in old oak foudres rather than barriques, this is about as intense and powerful as Sauvignon Blanc gets. With notes of citrus, white peach and minerals, fantastic purity, balance and length with hints of spice imparted by the oak. It is best drunk now with simply cooked seafood or goats cheese salads.
