This is a rich and complex wine with aromas of cherries, blackcurrants, coffee, liquorice and vanilla. The palate is full and sumptuous with dense yet smooth tannins giving structure. This wine can be enjoyed with a wide range of foods from cured meats and cheeses to roasted or braised meat and game.
