CÃtes du Roussillon is one of Frances richest terroirs, possessing long sunshine hours, varied soil types, and the cooling effects of altitude and the Mediterranean. The varieties in this wine are vinified separately, to bring their individual characters to the blend. Jammy cherry aromas dominate the nose, with hints of violet, raspberry and and pepper adding a heady complexity. Powerful, vibrant and spicy on the palate, with plenty of body. More than a match for a rich and spicy goulash.
