This is the second wine of ChÃteau Moulin Haut Laroque, and is named after the HervÃ© family, generations of which have been involved with wine production at the estate since the early 1900s. The wine is around 80 Merlot and is fully hand-harvested. An inviting garnet red, this is a classy wine full of ripe black and red fruit flavours and a polished, mature and harmonious feel resulting from 17 months maturation in oak. Enjoyable immediately. Great with a selection of nutty hard cheeses.
