Chateau La Fleur Pourret is produced by the same family that own and run Chateau Figeac, Domaines Manoncourt. Merlot dominates the blend, with a little Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The wine is medium bodied with spicy black cherry and ripe plum fruits on the palate. With velvety tannins, the wine had a smooth finish. Goes well with roast beef.
