Chateau Les Tonnelles is a family-owned property in Entre-Deux-Mers, close to the village of Saint-Brice. Its 15 hectares of vines lie on a clay-chalk soil typical of the Right Bank. The wine undergoes modern temperature-controlled fermentation and maturation without oak. A great value mid-weight, everyday claret, with plenty of ripe berry and plum flavour, supple tannins and a long finish. Matches well with lamb chops.
