Part of our Pop-Up Cellar sourced by Lay and Wheeler. A combination of 90 Grenache and 10 Syrah from 100 year old vines, Les Gallimardes speaks volumes for new-wave ChÃteauneuf. Made in an almost Burgundian fashion with the Domaines tell-tale concentration of fruit, but with an exceptional contrasting delicacy. A hint of rose and cherry on the nose give way to a mouthfilling, textural and turbo-charged palate.
