Part of our Pop-Up Cellar sourced by Lay and Wheeler. Fresh, vibrant and wonderfully perfumed with honey-suckle, this is appealing on the nose and quite approachable now. The texture is precise and clean, with a lemon rind finish. There is no oak used, giving the whole wine vibrancy and freshness. Wonderful infusions of peach and fennel just come through in layers; absolutely stunning.
