Winemaker Jesus Madrazo is exceptionally talented and runs the estate with a qualitatively driven philosophy reminiscent of a top Bordeaux property. Individual plots and varieties are handled separately producing intricate wines with great balance and ageing potential. A highly polished wine with notes of damson, violets, black olives and vanilla and a beautiful long finish. This complex wine would match lamb tagines or other spiced red meat dishes superbly well.
