Pinot Noir continues to grow in popularity and the style of this wine pleasantly falls between classic French Pinot and the riper styles we see from the New World. The use of modern winemaking equipment but traditional methods creates a unique wine. Showing violets and sweet red berries on the nose the palate is rich, velvety and full, with well-integrated oak. Perfectly balanced with refreshing acidity make this a good choice for long summer suppers, or this is light enough to enjoy by itself.
