Regarded by many as the best US Navy fighter to see combat in World War II. Britain used the Corsair as soon as it became available and the Fleet Air Arm formed squadrons of them used as fighter escorts. This plane was part of No.1835 Squadron based at Brunswick Maine in the USA in late 1943. Wingspan 188mm.
