A large nylon net to fill with balloons. The net is lightweight, strong and reusable and can hold up to several hundred balloons. Instructions. * Lay net on a flat surface and remove rubber bands. * Unfold net so that the 5 tie cords are visible. * The larger cord is the central release cord, the other 4 cords are attached to the corners. * Taking each of the 4 smaller cords, open the net out to its full 12' x12' size and then attach these cords to suitable fixing points. * The central release cord is taken up over a pulley (or similar) and then off to one side, so that when it is pulled in from floor level the centre of the net is raised cascading the balloons over the edges of the net.
