Republic F-84F plastic kit from German specialists Revell. The 1949 F-84F Thunderstreak was a development of the F-84E Thunderjet equipped with a more powerful engine and backswept wings. After many initial difficulties the F-84F mutated into a completely new aircraft until in 1954 there were 450 in completion. Of the F-84Fs built under the MDAP (Mutual Defence Assistance Programme) ultimately almost half went to a variety of NATO air forces including to the newly formed Federal German Air Force
