| FRAME | Now this is a highlight. It is made from Easton Elite Ultralight 7005 aluminium for incredible lightweight. This is strengthened by double butting which strategically adds weight only to areas which are likely to experience stress. | SUSPENSION | An incredibly light Manitou Mars is used which is air sprung using Manitou's Air Response System. | DRIVETRAIN | Shimano XT is used for the front and rear derailleurs aswell as shifters on the E6. The XT rear derailleur reduces friction using fluorine coated pivot pins to provide a lighter shifting action. XT STi has two ball bearing units to provide precision. Raceface Enduro cranks are another highlight. | BRAKING | The brakes on the E6 are Avid Single Digit 5 which use Force Vector Alignment to direct more energy at the rim to give more dependable and reliable braking performance. | WHEELS AND TYRES | Hope XC hubs are used which allows for the easy potential later upgrade to disc brakes. These are built onto WTB Speedmaster rim.
