It appeals to clients with normal, combination dry skin or slightly oily skin. Facial Lotion IIs lightweight alcohol-free, oil-free formula rapidly absorbs leaving no residue and so is ideal for use alone or under make-up, and even in warm or humid climates. Alcohol free, oil free and fragrance-free. Non-Comedogenic and Dermatologist Tested. Active Ingredients: 20 Glycolic Acid in a Glycolic Compound*, a complex of pH-balanced mixture of glycolic acid, ammonium glycolate, purified water, and higher-molecular-weight oligomers of glycolic acid, with an approximate activity level of 60, and is designated on product labels as the ingredients glycolic acid and ammonium glycolate.
