The AstroSolar Filter fits Evostar 80/100 ED Pro, Startravel 102, and Evostar 102. These custom-made filters utilise BAADER AstroSolar Safety Film, which combines excellent optical properties and Maximum Safety whilst directly viewing the Sun. The film is held in bespoke mountings to fit exactly over the end of the telescope tube for maximum convenience. This foil is CE-tested and reduces the intensity of sunlight by 99.999 (neutral density 5.0).
