The centre of gravity is lowered and less stress is placed on the shoulders as the bar is easier to hold with less stretching. We find the smaller (180mm long) bend in the centre of our Cambered Squat Bar fits over the back better than a large sweeping bend over the length of the bar. Capacity - 350kg
