Jean ThÃ©venets 2010 vintage continues the familys single-minded pursuit of incomparable excellence. The 2010 vintage was yet another fine year for white Burgundy, and this is no exception. The grapes are hand-picked late in the season, when super-ripe, allowing the almost honeyed juice to ferment on its natural yeasts, at a snails pace, resulting in a wine which is high in minerality, extract and energy, and with its tell-tale length and richness all intact. This will be drinking from 2014
