In order to use an AirPort Card with G3-based, slot-load, AirPort-ready iMacs you will need to purchase this AirPort Card Adapter kit. Simply connect the AirPort Card (sold separately) into the Adapter cradle and then install the entire assembly. Please note: because certain G3-based iMacs, such as the tray-loading iMac G3 and the 350Mhz G3 Indigo slot-load iMac are not AirPort ready, they are not compatible with the Adapter Kit or AirPort Card.
